Ciao a tutti, sono uno dei responsabili del progetto "Una casa a San Basile". Per la valorizzazione del nostro borgo abbiamo fatto un censimento di tutte le case disabitate e cosi le abbiamo messe su internet, i prezzi vanno da 5,000 a 60,000,ci sono anche immobili che costano intorno ai 3,000€ ma è chiaro che vanno ristrutturati. Molte case le abbiamo vendute a famiglie del nord e centro Italia, altre sono in trattativa. Speravamo di vendere 3-4 case a chi volesse venire 15 giorni all'anno per rilassarsi lontano dalla città, invece tutte le case vendute verranno abitate tutto l'anno ;D Ovviamente le case che costano poco vanno un po ristrutturate, ma già a 20,000 si trova qualcuna in buone condizioni.
Per chi volesse evadere dalla città e trasferirsi in un posto magnifico qual'e il Parco del Pollino a 2 passi dalla montagna e a 30 minuti dal mare, questa è una buona occasione.

Salve....posso confermare che quella zona è a dir poco stupenda e strategica, ho degli amici di Senise dove son stata quest'estate, un giorno facevo mare ed il giorno dopo montagna (il parco del Pollino è stupendo), i posti mi son piaciuti tantissimo...peccato nn voglio vivere in Italia se no un pensierino lo avrei fatto!
In bocca al lupo...spero riusciate a vendere tutte le case perchè ci sono dei borghi stupendi e lasciati andare....è un peccato!
