Buon giorno.
Sono Iurii, in Italia da undici anni.
Vorrei portare in Moldavia i campi che sono poco sviluppati oppure non esistano.
Cerco le persone interessati a fare piccole investimenti, per poter guadagnare e svilupparsi.
La mia proposta:
In Moldavia all momento non esiste ancora yogurteria Yo.
appertura di una catena ( 3-4 ) di yogurterie Yo nella capitale di Chisinau sara un successo per poter guadagnare e investire su altri progetti (sono tantissimi possibilita )
Aprire un’impresa in Moldavia, quali sono i tempi ed i costi per aprire una società in Moldavia (quali le possibili tipologie di imprese?)
I tempi sono molto rapidi , massimo tre giorni , diciamo una settimana al massimo, la forma societaria più utilizzata è la srl , una classica società a responsabilita limitata che quindi puo’ essere anche a capitale totalmente straniero.
Non esistono restrizioni riguardo alla nazionalita dei soci e dell’amministratore .
E’ possibile creare anche società per azioni e diciamo tutte le forme societarie che esistono normalmente in tutti i paesi.
Quali sono i vantaggi di aprire un’attività in Moldavia?
Esistono agevolazioni per coloro che intendono delocalizzare od aprire ex novo in Moldavia?
I Vantaggi sono di varia natura da quelli fiscali a quelli speculativi alla protezione del capitale.
La Moldova e’ contesa tra Europa e Russia (a livello di business) . E’ un’ ottima piattaforma di partenza per lanciare il vostro business .
E’ particolarmente consigliata per chi intenda avere manodopera a basso costo, detassazione degli utili, particolari vantaggi per operazioni di import export , godere dei vantaggi di un paese che sta per entrare in Europa ed avere un porta di ingresso particolarmente economica per il mercato russo.
Riassumento i vantaggi principali sono:
a) detassazione degli utili se reinvestiti in Moldova
b) possibilita di creare societa con capitale minimo 400 dollari circa.
c) possibilita di avere una ottima internazionalizzazione e avere un trampolino di lancio particolarmente valido per il mercato russo
d) utilizzare la struttura per reclutare manodopera a buon mercato (bassi costi)
e) utilizzare la societa moldava per una pianificazione fiscale godendo dei vantaggi di non essere in blacklist e fuori dall’Europa
f) utilizzarla come partecipata o partecipante di societa estere in particolare per fare partnership (es. llp)
g) in caso di import export, godere dei benefici che offre lo stato moldavo e qui sarebbe opportuno fare un approfondimento
h) vantaggi legati a zone franche con totale detassazione (Porto Internazionale Giurgiulesti )
Qual’è il livello di tassazione in Europa per una società od un professionista?
La Corporate tax e’ 0% . La tassazione sui dividendi il 15% solo su quelli veramente pagati , non si tassa l’utile reinvestito.
La tassazione sui salari parte dal 7% e non supera il 18% per i redditi piu’ alti.
